The remote maintenance of computers gains more and more in importance at the support of hard – and software. The possibilities of the direct supportance in the support exceed because the linking of computers via the internet, in- house intranets and usual ways of telecommunication becomes more and more strong.
Remote control systems enable activities directly on the respective computers.
Telephone connections (analogue or broad band ISDN) or direct connections via the intranet as well as web – supported connections can be used.
